Dahlia stood by the lake, about to go for a swim, she wore an icy blue bikini that matched the colour of her eyes, she had her white hair tied back loosely in a ponytail. She stretched and then dropped her towel by the bank. She wasn't a daughter of Poseidon , but she admired the pretty things in life, and to her, the sparkling lake was one of them. Besides, she could see her reflection in the water, what wasn't there to like about that.
She stood there for a while looking at herself, she wore no make-up yet she still looked enchantingly beautiful. She smirked at her reflection, then she began to take a few steps into the water, walking in deeper and deeper until it reached her waist. Although, that didn't take much, she was only small.
She dived in and began to swim, she hadn't swam for a long time, not since her nanny took her six years ago, she was surprised she still knew how to swim. She swam for a few minutes, it gradually began to calm her down from this mornings events. He'd been called a bimbo by one of the other, obviously jealous girls. If it's one thing you don't do, you don't call her stupid. She can't stand it, she was considered bright compared to most girls her age. As she came up for air, her hair came loose and fell out of the bobble that was tying it back, she moved her long white hair from out of her face and looked around at her surroundings, she'd swam out pretty far, she'd surprised herself. She decided to swim back in a little bit more, just to be safe.
She looked at her hands, they'd begun to get wrinkly already, she grimaced, although she knew they'd go, just as soon as they came, she couldn't stand the thought of being wrinkly. It made her cringe. Walking down the street, she'd see people that haven't grown old so gracefully, she felt sorry for them, she vowed that it would never happen to her. Even if it took the best surgeons to do so.
